R&D > Tool R and D Division Tool R and D Division is at Harima works in Hyogo Pref. and is aiming the development of next generation tools by use of diamond (the hardest material in the world) and cBN (cubic boron nitride) to achieve the leading edge engineering. Present main themes are   Customer Technical Center   Presently, tool development for the fields of semiconductor,  electronics, and electric parts are being emphasized under the above themes. Customer Technical Center is established in Harima Works, being installed various up to date manufacturing and measuring equipments and are ready to cope any customers' request concerning processing engineering and new tool development.
