Tool grinding Flankmaster ®

Since grinding PCD/PCBN materials requires high abrasive grain holding power, wheels having a fine structure are widely used.
Wheels having a fine structure are rapidly loaded and need to be dressed frequently, resulting in a drop in grinding efficiency.
The wheel we have developed recently employs a porous structure to restrain the progress of loading. This structure combined with bond having high grain holding power provides both of high grinding efficiency and high wear resistance.
