Easier to be processed than tungsten and being a high melting point metal, these plates are widely used as high-temperature furnace parts.
In particular, materials with improved deformation resistance (TEM-B, DMB) are most suitable for setters for sintering ceramics, magnets, and metal injection molded parts.
We can also apply various ceramics coatings to prevent workpiece from sticking.
Cross rolled products for deep spinning and press processing are also available.

By using the molybdenum sheets / plates with welding/reaction prevention function and ceramic coating with a thickness of about 1/5 or less, instead of the traditional thick, poor thermal efficiency ceramics, operating efficiency of the furnace is improved.
