We also offer molybdenum plates with our rolling know-how.
Easier to be processed than tungsten and being a high melting point metal, these plates are widely used as high-temperature furnace parts.
In particular, materials with improved deformation resistance (TEM-B, DMB) are most suitable for setters for sintering ceramics, magnets, and metal injection molded parts.
We can also apply various ceramics coatings to prevent workpiece from sticking.
Cross rolled products for deep spinning and press processing are also available.

Product selection guide

MOP The most common pure molybdenum material with high temperature strength at high melting point, high thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion, and excellent workability.
TEM High quality molybdenum material that has overcome the disadvantages of pure molybdenum including brittleness and deformation at high temperature with the addition of a small amount of special elements.
TEM-B With excellent high temperature deformation resistance and room temperature impact resistance, it also allows for plastic processing at room temperature. In addition, the high temperature strength is larger than that of pure molybdenum.
It is a high quality molybdenum material that has overcome the disadvantages of pure molybdenum including brittleness and deformation at high temperature with the addition of a small amount of special elements. It has excellent high temperature deformation resistance, high recrystallization temperature, and wedge-shaped recrystallized structure. It has excellence in impact resistance even after being used at high temperature; it also allows for deformation processing at normal temperature, with foldability larger than that of pure molybdenum.
DMB Has excellent deformation resistance at high temperatures, with a small thermal expansion coefficient, showing excellent characteristics in vacuum or reducing atmosphere.

Ceramic-coated molybdenum sheets / plates

By using the molybdenum sheets / plates with welding/reaction prevention function and ceramic coating with a thickness of about 1/5 or less, instead of the traditional thick, poor thermal efficiency ceramics, operating efficiency of the furnace is improved.
