A thin blade wheel of all-grain layer type created by holding and laminating abrasive grains by our precision electroforming technology and finishing the blade thickness and run-out precisely. Precision cutting and fine grooving can be performed accurately by a single blade or multi-set.
Characteristics
- The blade thickness and run-out accuracy is high to improve the yield of workpieces. Since the concentration of abrasive grains can be selected, the sharpness can be adjusted according to workpieces and cutting conditions.
