We manufacture tungsten trioxide powder by chemically refining tungsten raw materials. With our purification process, it enables to produce high-purity powder.
As standard, powder with 0.5 - 25.0 µm grain size is available. And by our original pocess, we can manufacture fine powder and high-purity powder (5N, 99.999%).
We have Molybdenum powder with grain sizes ranging from 0.8 µm to 6.0 µm with our powder manufacturing technology. Moreover, high-purity powder and high-density powder are available.
Tungsten carbide powder is main raw material for cemented carbide (Grain size grade: from 0.1 µm up to 15.0 µm). The powder can be used as material for high strength alloys.
This powder contributes to high strength and uniform sintered bodies. Also, we produce Titan Carbide powder( for super precision sintered bodies), Titan Carbide Nitride powder (cermet raw material), and Chrome, Vanadium based carbide powder (for inhibiting grain growth of cemented carbide).
