A.L.M.T.'s know-how has been applied to diamond dies used for manufacturing of various irregular shaped wires such as windings for transformers in the power industry, connector pins and flat cables used in general electric equipment and decorations like necklaces and chains.
Characteristics
- Compared with the rolling roll system, wires of higher surface gloss and better dimensional accuracy can be drawn. Wires can be drawn to various shapes such as square and track accurately. In the case of square cross sections, wires of 0.1 mm minimum on one side can be drawn accurately. The material used is sintered diamond.
Applications
Copper wires such as flat cables, connector pins for OA equipment, decorations such as necklaces, alternators for automobiles, copper wires for voice coil motors, small motors, actuators, etc.
