Integral forming to realize high precision grinding.
The grain layer has been formed and sintered in a ring shape to provide uniform performance on the entire wheel circumference to improve the truing accuracy significantly. In particular, the shape transfer accuracy by the form rotary dresser has been improved to meet high accuracy needs. The circulation of grinding fluid has been improved drastically to make this wheel ideal for grinding operations where CBN wheels cannot be used due to grinding burn.
