Equipment
The Customer Solution Center owns varied evaluation dedicated equipment.
The center is not a production facility, so we can do evaluations regardless of the production situation. In addition, analysis equipment along with measuring instruments are available on the same floor, so we can cover the cycle of “processing” → "measurement" → "analysis" → "processing" altogether.
Process evaluation
Grinding center/Machining center
We have machining centers with a small spindle, high rigidity machines capable of high speed rotation of 30,000 min - 1, and grinding centers for grinding, thus making it possible to do various evaluations, depending on the problems.
Surface grinding machines
We have various types of surface grinding machines, including a horizontal surface grinding machine and a double-ended surface grinding machine, thus making various evaluations possible – from simulation processing to practical processing using real workpieces – according to customer requests.
Equipment of semiconductor material processing evaluation
We can evaluate various types of semiconductor materials, compatible with various wheel sizes and workpiece sizes; also, various kinds of BG tapes are available.
Other process evaluation equipment
We have the latest evaluation dedicated machines such as a CNC lathe and an insert grinding machine, enabling process evaluation according to machining.

Analysis equipment
SEM/EDX device
From a desktop compact sized scanning electronic microscope to a device capable of non-destructive analysis of large workpieces thanks to the customized stage, we make analyses to fit the application.
Surface analysis/Flatness measurement devices
We have Zygo's three-dimensional profiler "Nexview," TROPEL’s flatness measurement analyzer "FM 200XR" as well as electronic microscopes for surface observation and the like. These allow us to make analyses according to workpieces and necessary data.
Other analysis/analytics equipment
We have varied analysis equipment such as a circularity/cylindricality measuring instrument, a tensile testing machine, and a hardness testing machine. We can, therefore, evaluate according to your request.

Measurement and instrumentation equipment
We have high-speed cameras, multicomponent dynamometers, vibration measuring instruments, clamp meters and the like to measure and collect data generated during processing.
We also have portable measuring instruments that allow observation tools and workpieces on the machine without removing them.
